Mike Williams
Chief Executive Officer
Welcome to EVP. I’m Mike Williams, and my career has been spent at the crossroads of entrepreneurship and M&A, guiding companies through the challenges of growth and acquisition. From co-founding Winxnet in 1999 and transforming it into a leading Managed Services Provider, to leading its evolution into Logically and driving strategic acquisitions, I’ve gained invaluable insights into building and scaling businesses. My journey also includes acquiring and successfully selling XPM2 Partners, where I focused on helping PEO firms and companies achieve their M&A goals.
Now, as CEO of Enterprise Value Partners (EVP), I’m dedicated to offering customized M&A services that address the unique needs of PE firms, strategic buyers, and companies preparing to sell. With a background in psychology and early experiences in neuropsychology and the tech industry, I bring a comprehensive understanding of the M&A lifecycle. Outside of work, you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors, whether sea kayaking, cheering on the Vikings, or exploring new places with my family.

Ann Haehn
Chief Strategy & Product Officer
Greetings! I’m Ann Haehn, and I’ve spent my career guiding companies through mergers, acquisitions, and product innovation. I’ve led Integration Management Offices across Fortune 100, mid-cap, and small companies, honing my expertise in managing complex due diligence and integration activities. Over the years, I’ve played a key role in the successful execution of approximately 75 M&A and Private Placement transactions, including co-founding and successfully selling XPM2 Partners.
As Chief Strategy and Product Officer at Enterprise Value Partners (EVP), I’m focused on developing innovative M&A solutions that make the process smoother and more successful for our clients. My strategic approach is rooted in my academic background, with a BA in English, a minor in Anthropology, and a strong emphasis on Information Technology. My passion for technology and innovation is reflected in the two software patents I hold. Outside of work, I’m dedicated to community service, including my involvement with Genny’s Hope Foundation and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Vivian Sayward
Chief Operating Officer
Hello there! I’m Vivian Sayward, and I’m passionate about helping businesses thrive through strategic planning, operations, and business development. My experience spans leading global teams in complex product launches, integrations, and technology acquisitions across industries such as healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and fashion. I’ve had the opportunity to launch disruptive business models that have driven significant growth and led to successful acquisitions. Additionally, I’ve served as an advisor to a fast-growing US manufacturing company, where my strategic direction has resulted in a 30% annual increase in revenue and a 20% annual boost in EBITDA.
At EVP, I lead a talented team dedicated to helping clients navigate acquisitions, change management, and strategic initiatives. My approach is all about meeting clients where they are and aligning people, processes, and systems to achieve their goals. With an academic background in Economics, French Studies, and an MBA, I’m deeply committed to giving back through nonprofit board work and mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, ensuring that success is shared and sustainable.

Chris Claudio
Chief Revenue Officer
I’m Chris Claudio, Chief Revenue Officer and co-founder of Enterprise Value Partners (EVP). My journey in the tech industry began at the University of Maryland, where I launched my first tech venture even before graduating. As the CEO of Winxnet, a company I co-founded in 1999, I helped steer its growth into a leading Managed Services Provider. This journey continued with the merger of Winxnet and K&R Network Solutions in 2018, culminating in the formation of Logically—a coast-to-coast managed IT services powerhouse.
Today, at EVP, I lead our sales strategy and business development, focusing on fostering client relationships and driving growth. With multiple engineering and technical certifications under my belt, I bring a strong foundation in IT governance and operational excellence to every interaction.
When I’m not working with clients, I serve on various boards, including MaineHealth and Gorham Savings Bank, reflecting my commitment to both professional excellence and community service.
